Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using the PayGrade mobile application ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you should not use the App.

Use of the App

PayGrade provides suggestions for monetary rewards based on a child's academic grades. The App functions entirely offline and does not handle or facilitate any monetary transactions.

User Responsibilities

• PayGrade only suggests payment amounts and does not manage, oversee, or hold responsibility for financial transactions or agreements made between users and children.
• Users are responsible for any decisions and financial arrangements made based on suggestions provided by PayGrade.

Pricing and Payments

While the App does not facilitate payments between users and children, it may be offered as a paid download, in-app purchase, or subscription through third-party platforms (e.g., app stores). All purchases are processed by your platform provider; we do not collect or store your payment information.

• Pricing and availability are subject to change at any time. Promotional or introductory pricing may be offered for a limited time. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Taxes and currency: Displayed prices may exclude taxes. The final price and currency are determined by your platform provider and location.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will auto-renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in your platform account settings. Partial periods are not refunded after renewal; access continues until the end of the period.
• One-time purchases/Lifetime license: A one-time purchase (e.g., a "Lifetime License") grants ongoing access to the purchased features for the lifetime of the product on that platform. It does not guarantee that any specific feature or service will be available forever or that future updates will be provided.
• Refunds: Refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms are governed by that platform's policies. Please contact the platform provider for refund requests.
• Website pricing: Any pricing shown on this Website is informational only; the platform store will display the final, binding price.

No Liability

PayGrade is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use or misuse of the App, including financial disagreements or misunderstandings.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for updates.

Intellectual Property

The PayGrade App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of PayGrade and its licensors.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
