The PayGrade App (Offline)

The App is designed to work entirely offline to help calculate suggested payment amounts based on grades. We do not collect, store, or share personal information from the App. All data you enter remains on your device and never leaves it.

Website Analytics and Contact

While the App itself does not transmit data, the Website uses limited third‑party services:

• Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate Website usage (e.g., page views). This helps us improve the site.
• Contact Form: If you choose to reach out via our contact form, we process your submission (e.g., email and message) and deliver it via SendGrid email services.

We retain contact form submissions only as long as necessary to respond and maintain records, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our operational needs.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for parental or guardian use. We do not collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information via the Website contact form, please contact us so we can address it.
